10-Day Return Policy
Marson Farm Pro acknowledges that the following vehicles meet the eligibility requirements for the 10-Day Return Policy and may be repurchased if they adhere to the following criteria:
• The reimbursement will be equivalent to 100% of the vehicle purchase price. However, any associated fees, including but not limited to buy fees, payment processing fees, taxes, or reconditioning fees, are non-reimbursable.
• Reimbursement of the vehicle purchase price is capped at 104% of the national wholesale average market value, as calculated on the online purchase date.
• Dealers and individuals in the United States purchasing vehicles located within the United States or Canada are eligible
. *ELIGIBLE VEHICLES:
• Vehicles sold “As Is”;
• Vehicles with sales prices exceeding $1,000;
• Vehicle with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) exceeding 1,000 lbs;
• Vehicles without any structural damage.
10-Day Return Policy Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This policy applies to used vehicles purchased from our dealership online and is only valid if the customer utilizes our shipping services. The vehicle(s) must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, with no modifications or damages.
• Timeframe: The 10-day return policy commences upon the customer’s receipt of the vehicle and concludes 30 days thereafter. The equipment must be returned to our dealership within this specified time frame.
• Usage Limit: The 30-day return policy for eligible units is subject to a maximum usage. Any vehicle that exceeds this usage limit will not be eligible for return under this policy.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, the customer must contact our sales team within 10 days after receiving the vehicle.
• Return Shipping: The dealer will arrange and cover the return shipping. The vehicle must be shipped using only our approved shipping carriers.
• Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned vehicle, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when purchased. If any modifications or damages are found, a restocking fee may be applied on a case-by-case basis.
• Refund: If the returned vehicle meets all of the eligibility criteria and passes inspection, we will issue a refund to the customer’s original payment method, deducting any applicable restocking fees as detailed below.
